Caithness Glass Paperweight Signed Dated White Blue Yellow Swirl Egg One-Owner. This is a handmade Caithness paperweight. The photos indicate this paperweight was created in 1988, and signed by the artist ("MGH"). The signature and date are etched into the edge of the base (see photos featuring the bottom of the paperweight), therefore I'm guessing as to the initials. The visuals on this petite paperweight are stunning. The entire egg-shaped paperweight features a delicate swirl of white, blue, orange, and red and an occasional peep into the clear center of this piece. This piece is 1 1/4 inches wide and weighs 4.5 oz. There are no chips, cracks, or dings. A welcome addition of art glass for the collector.
