All 4-inch pops are shipped with a free pop protector. All merchandise, except plushies, are double boxed for secure shipping if feasible. I do not consider pop protectors to be boxes. Plushies, figures, jewelry, and accessories are bagged in water-resistant bags to protect against any exposure to moisture during shipping. If purchased early enough, I try to ship the same day as purchase. Otherwise, packages go out the next business day. Photos To help save time, I use “in house” stock photos and occasionally manufacturers stock photos. The item you receive may not be the item shown in the photo; however, each and every item is inspected prior to shipping to make sure it matches the condition listed. Not all mystery minis come with a factory box. If you require one, please ask prior to purchasing if one is available. Some accessories may come with factory stickers. Nothing is hung or placed on shelves. However, I can not control the manufacturing or retail process. Some items may have slight variations, imperfections, or sticker placement that occur during production. The packaging, including decorative, is intended to protect the figure. Blemishes may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process and can't be considered damaged. The items pass through several hands during manufacturing and shipping and may incur slight imperfections such as bumps, creases, nicks, etc. but don't constitute as damaged per the manufacturer and retailers, and shipping carriers will not accept minor packaging flaws as evidence of damage if the product is still in good condition.
